Returns & Exchanges

At Raithe Eyewear, we stand behind every pair of frames we produce. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy designed to give you peace of mind.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date confirmed by your shipping notification. Items returned outside this window cannot be accepted unless they are subject to a manufacturing defect, in which case our warranty policy applies.

This policy applies to purchases made directly through raitheyewear.com

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
  • Unworn, unscratched frames in their original condition
  • Original packaging intact, including case and cleaning cloth

Raithe Eyewear reserves the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions. Items returned in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you at your cost.

We're happy to exchange your frame for a different style, colour, or size within the same 14-day window, subject to availability. If the new item is higher in value, you'll be charged the difference. If lower, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

We offer one complimentary exchange per order. Subsequent exchanges on the same order may incur a handling fee of AED 25.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days. Time frames by payment method are as follows:

Buy Now, Pay Later (Tabby / Tamara) Refunded to your BNPL account; future instalments cancelled

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@raitheyewear.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
